Dear Havern & HAP Families,

I want to take a moment to remind you that re-enrollment information for the 2025-26 school year was sent out yesterday.
We are so grateful to continue partnering with you in your child’s educational journey, and we encourage you to complete the
re-enrollment process by March 3rd to secure your child’s spot for next year. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Additionally, parent-teacher conferences are coming up soon! These meetings are a valuable opportunity to connect with your child’s teachers, celebrate their progress, and discuss next steps for their learning. If you need childcare during your conference, please sign up here to reserve a spot.

Our annual benefit is right around the corner! Join us on April 19th at Breckenridge Brewery for a fun-filled evening in support of our school. Tickets are on sale now, and every dollar raised will directly impact our students and programs. We can’t wait to celebrate together and make a difference for our community!

We’re also looking for gift card donations to use for exciting games at the event. If you have any extra gift cards left over from the holidays, we’d love to put them to good use! Please drop them off with Dara at the front desk—we’re aiming to collect 75–100 gift cards by April 1st.

Havern School is excited to host Craig Knippenberg, LCSW, M.Div., author of Shame-Free Parenting: Building Resiliency in Times of Hardship, Guns, and Social Media, for a talk titled The Care and Feeding of the Exceptional Parent. Drawing on over 40 years of clinical experience and his personal journey as an exceptional parent, Craig will share insights and strategies for letting go of parental guilt and shame, while building lasting, meaningful connections with your child.

Photo orders placed by midnight on Monday, Feb. 10, will be shipped directly to the school. Orders submitted after this date will be sent to the provided address and will include standard shipping fees.

The final deadline for orders is Monday, Feb. 17.
